Zalman Yarmush is a real estate salesperson specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development property in Brooklyn. Born and bred in Brooklyn, he spent his formative years studying in Rabbinical colleges in Brooklyn, NY, Manchester, England, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and lastly Los Angeles, California, where he received his rabbinical ordination. Zalman’s early career experiences include property management, real estate development, and value-add investment property. Zalman began his career in brokerage at Marcus and Millichap Los Angeles in 2015 selling multi-family properties across the city. After moving back to NY in 2017, he joined Marcus and Millichap’s NY Multifamily Team. He spent 7 years at NYM with focus on central and south Brooklyn, selling a total of $119,000,000 worth of property.

Zalman founded Yarmush Investment Group in 2024 as a niche investment brokerage firm servicing the whole of Brooklyn. With a thorough understanding of NYS and NYC real estate regulation, including rent stabilization laws, zoning regulations, and retail trends, Zalman has experience selling every type of multifamily and mixed-use investment property. Zalman is known for his relentless work ethic, affable disposition, and for going above and beyond for his clients to ensure a seamless process. Since the inception of Yarmush Group, Zalman has closed over $10 million in transactions.

When he’s not working, Zalman enjoys biking and running through Prospect Park, skiing, and studying Talmud. He resides in Crown Heights with his wife and 3 children.
